Our therapists utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches to address treatment goals and progress towards desired change; increased self-confidence; improved ability to communicate needs; and feel more connected to yourself and others.

In-Person Individual Counseling

Individual counseling affords clients the opportunity to address personal circumstances and to receive support from a professionally trained and licensed clinician. We work collaboratively with our clients to work towards healing and growth.

Our 50 minute, one-on-one sessions with a licensed professional allow clients and therapist to assess the client's individual needs and determine appropriate goals.

Telehealth Individual Counseling

We offer online therapy services to any client residing in the state of Kansas. This means you can engage in counseling from the comfort of your own space. We use a secure HIPPA platform-Simple Practice- to conduct video sessions, which can be accessed on your computer or phone. Ready to meet us online?

Phone Consultation

We offer 15-20 minute complimentary phone consultations to allow space to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have about the counseling process.

Appointment Details

We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards and most FSA + HSA cards. All fees are due at the time of service.
We are a private pay counseling practice and we do not accept insurance. We are considered out-of-network for insurance companies, however we are able to provide a Super Bill (which is like a receipt for services) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
We require at least 24 hours advanced notice or you may be subject to the full service charge.
