What is the cost per session?

Individual counseling sessions (virtual and in-person) are $150 each. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, HSA/FSA cards.


Do you accept insurance?

We are self-pay only, which means we do not accept insurance, however we can provide you with a superbill which is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.


What are your hours?

Monday - Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
Wednesday: 9am - 7pm
Thursday: 1pm - 6pm
Friday: CLOSED


Do you offer virtual sessions and what are your guidelines?

Yes! We offer virtual therapy services, which allows you to engage in counseling from the comfort of your own space. Virtual sessions offer flexibility and are done through a secure and confidential link.

*If you reside outside of the state of Kansas, restrictions vary state to state regarding if we are able to provide telehealth services.


How do you match clients with their therapists?

We understand the therapeutic relationship is a vital part of the counseling process. During the consultation process, we do try to match clients with the therapist that best fits their needs, along with scheduling preferences and availability. All of our therapists are licensed and provide services with the purpose of empowering women to create and maintain their wellness goals by utilizing a variety of evidenced based approaches.


How often do I attend sessions?

Frequency of sessions is discussed between you and your therapist during your first session. This is typically determined based on your goals and type of support you are wanting from your therapist.


What is the best way to contact your office to adjust scheduling, cancellations, or get in touch with my therapist?

You are welcome to call or email our office at your convenience. If you are needing to contact us outside of our office hours, email is the best way to reach us.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate a cancellation or rescheduling with advance notice, but a late cancellation may result in a full session charge.


Do you provide medication services?

Our therapists are not licensed to prescribe medications but we work closely with trusted providers in the area, and are able to refer you to those providers who specialize in medication management.


Do you provide family therapy?

Yes! We have a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with couples and families. We are also connected with many other trusted providers in the area, and are happy to provide referrals for the important resources in your life!
