We are hiring a full-time therapist (licensed in KS + MO) and a part-time Marketing/Social Media Strategist.
FULL-TIME THERAPIST
At The Counseling Co, we provide warm, client-centered care for women navigating anxiety, motherhood, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and life transitions. Many of the women we support are in the pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood seasons, and we’re looking for a therapist who feels passionate about supporting clients through these experiences with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care.
Our practice values collaboration, authenticity, and creating an environment where both clients and clinicians feel supported. We’re looking for someone who aligns with our mission of helping women feel seen, understood, and empowered in their healing.
We’re looking for a therapist who:
Is fully licensed in both Kansas and Missouri
Has training in EMDR
Has experience or specialization in perinatal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, motherhood transitions)
Values relational, compassionate, client-centered care
Is excited to be part of a collaborative private practice

MARKETING STRATEGIST
The Counseling Collaborative is a growing mental health private practice seeking a skilled Social Media & Marketing Strategist to support brand visibility, lead generation, and scalable growth.This role is ideal for someone who understands how to translate brand identity into meaningful digital engagement while driving measurable business outcomes.
This contractor will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, strengthening our brand voice, and generating new client leads through strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the practice’s brand, mission, and growth goals
Create and manage consistent content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, others as appropriate)
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices relevant to healthcare and service-based businesses
Ensure content is ethical, trauma-informed, and compliant with mental health marketing standards
Branding & Engagement
Maintain cohesive brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Actively engage with other aligned businesses, referral partners, and community accounts
Build relationships through thoughtful commenting, collaboration, and community engagement
Support campaigns that enhance brand awareness and trust
Marketing & Lead Generation
Support marketing initiatives designed to increase inquiries, referrals, and visibility
Assist with promotional campaigns, launches, or special offerings
Collaborate with practice leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals
Identify opportunities for growth, scaling, and audience expansion
Analytics & Optimization
Track and review social media and marketing analytics
Provide regular insights and recommendations based on performance data
Adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and lead conversion
Monitor trends and recommend new approaches for scaling impact
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (service-based or healthcare experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and audience engagement
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Comfortable collaborating with leadership while maintaining contractor autonomy
Understanding of ethical considerations in mental health marketing is a plus

Contractor Status
This position is a 1099 independent contractor role. Contractor will manage their own taxes, insurance, tools, and schedule within agreed-upon deadlines and expectations.
